What are the Top things I have learned during these past years? - by Dielli Demjaha on Blogger and Social media

  • Flexibility

One thing to be learned well during these past years was that being flexible in stuff and events truly makes you one of a kind. This is the best type of problem described when it comes to working with different pairs/colleagues and trying to top some work together. We have to be careful when it comes to self-motivation and determination, as we have to make sure that no one ever tries to play with our nieches and understands us truly.

You have to keep in mind that being flexible at work or in life is truly a blessing, as people tend to make your way more possible and fond a relationship together, as they trust on your skills.

  • Motivation to stay on top no matter what

As we move along our harsh path's , we have to keep in mind that no matter what we have to do what we have forever done, and that is relax, stay on top and breathe. Whatever achievement that you achieve during your path, we have to appreciate it and come up with ways to manifest it. People will always will have a lot of critics during your path of life/work but you must not stop. And what is most important, you should be proud of what you do.

  • Control over events and things

The other important thing over our life's to manage and control our surrounding. As we get along we manage very well to comprehend the meaning and the difference between taking care of stuff or rather letting them go. So we have to decide, regroup the best things and reorder our tible of life "events" and try to give more time and try to control them better and better. There is never perfection. But there is always being better at it.

  • Experience in any subject of matter (the aging process)

Experience is another thing that get us ready for the upcoming years in the future. It let us believe and trust in the way how we are made to succeed. We never try to do it alone, but we have to learn it alone, and then built it together, well there's tons of experience on that matter but as we move along our path's of life we tend to give more to the way how we look at things and what we act about it. Once again very well said, perfection is never an option, but there's always being better at it . This comes in also in experience over the years that we build upon things that we do and encounter. We are nature human beings and we tend to apprehend and to blend with the nature and our surrounding.

The Element Festival - Lukove, Sarande Albania

The Element is an annual psychedelic music and art festival which takes place in Lukovë Beach, Sarandë, Albania. Since I have had a bit of experience on organizing outdoor festivals, only in my country so far, I took the time to share with the world this phenomenal place and phenomenal event organized since a couple of years now from a young organizations and labels movement. The Festival takes places in Lukove, South Albania and the place is simply amazing. You can find a lot of olive trees, mediterrean archipelagos and beautiful sea-views. The road to The element is first to the city of Sarande, crossing Albania in the middle, and then locating Lukove (about 20 minutes from Sarande city.)  The festival is going to be held from 18-23 August and for the tickets and early bird tickets visit Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/2476317355977758

Flavorwire » The 10 Best Books of the Year (So Far)

Flavorwire » The 10 Best Books of the Year (So Far) : #1 The Orphan Master’s Son , Adam Johnson (January 10) Johnson’s epic adventure takes us on a lush, terrifying journey through North Korea, the characters perfectly balanced between looming danger, sometimes of their own creation, and a deep humanity infused with hope. We follow Jun Do — a tunnel expert trained by the regime — as he transforms from childish pawn of the system to professional kidnapper to rival of Kim Jong Il, whom he opposes in order to save the love of his life. #2 Half-Blood Blues , Esi Edugyan (February 28) A 2011 Man Booker Prize finalist, those of us in the states finally got our paws on a copy of Edugyan’s brilliant second novel this year. The fiery novel chronicles the trials of the Hot-Time Swingers, a legendary multi-racial jazz ensemble caught in the mania on the eve of WWII. The story is as fascinating as they come, and Edugyan’s prose sizzles and pops like the best jazz track you’ve...
