A Place Beyond Belief

"Two weeks ago British artist Nathan Coley inaugurated his new work “A place beyond belief” on the occasion of the end of supervised independence on September 10 and 11 in the space between the Art Gallery, the Orthodox Church and the National library. After the inauguration day, this “happy” day was followed by a cocktail reception at the Art Gallery and continued with a concert at the Mother Teresa Square. Besides in Prishtina, the same art sculpture was inaugurated last week in London, and it is expected that it’ll be inaugurated these days in New York too. All this has been funded and organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, the British Council in Kosovo, the program KS Talks EU and the Kosovo Art Gallery." - Vesa Qena 26-09-2012

The Element Festival - Lukove, Sarande Albania

  The Element is an annual psychedelic music and art festival which takes place in Lukovë Beach, Sarandë, Albania. Since I have had a bit of experience on organizing outdoor festivals, only in my country so far, I took the time to share with the world this phenomenal place and phenomenal event organized since a couple of years now from a young organizations and labels movement. The Festival takes places in Lukove, South Albania and the place is simply amazing. You can find a lot of olive trees, mediterrean archipelagos and beautiful sea-views.
