Coconut Cookie recipe video - the best after Quarantine is over - by Dielli Demjaha on Youtube

Cooking is at once a Child's play and then an Adult's joy. And Cooking done with care is an act of Love.

Most of us still don't know one of the easiest recipe for making Coconut cookies. Well, now it's the chance to see and learn from one of the greatest person that I've ever met: My Wife.

The Video is probably shorter than you think, but it actually sorts out all of the challenges and premises that one has while cooking these cookies. And I bet they will taste delicious when you try one out with coffee or tea when in "off" time.

Of course, as other couples try and do, me and my wife had our challenges making this video back when we started. The first challenge was the Idea and how to implement it in the video while happy while looking awesome (even though I don't get to play in the short cookie-tutorial, but you get the grip :p) and then was the challenge of cropping, editing and visual effects of the tutorial, as some of these points were highly connected to my professional field which is design, which subject gets my attention most of the time.

I would surely recommend to use higher and more professional devices while recording it because the quality might seem to be a little faded-away because of the visual effects, but we managed to crop the scenes out of a long-version video clips and we got these amazing short clips during the tutorial where you can see the cookie ingredients; how its made; after the cookie's are baked and most importantly, my Wife smiling while making & baking them! :-)

To tell you the truth, they taste amazingly awesome. With a fresh smell of coconut flour and the chocolate-topping... Oh my God, you really want to try these fast prepared coconut dessert.

Not forgetting the subject of this Pandemic, that is slowly fading away and blurring out, me and my wife took the time to record video's and try to give to our family, friends and public, what we really need during these hard times that are going away. Not just the physical cases of Covid-19 and all those thousands and hundreds of death that we encountered the last year, but there are also too many people with psychological and emotional dis-balance that was created during the Pandemic. That's why we thought that taking the time, inside, close by our family, to do creative subjects and one of these subjects that came to our mind was Cooking desserts, while this is a calm and creative way to spent your time while quarantined.

Looking forward to enjoy more about cooking and visual effects in the future. Enjoy the video.

The Element Festival - Lukove, Sarande Albania

The Element is an annual psychedelic music and art festival which takes place in Lukovë Beach, Sarandë, Albania. Since I have had a bit of experience on organizing outdoor festivals, only in my country so far, I took the time to share with the world this phenomenal place and phenomenal event organized since a couple of years now from a young organizations and labels movement. The Festival takes places in Lukove, South Albania and the place is simply amazing. You can find a lot of olive trees, mediterrean archipelagos and beautiful sea-views. The road to The element is first to the city of Sarande, crossing Albania in the middle, and then locating Lukove (about 20 minutes from Sarande city.)  The festival is going to be held from 18-23 August and for the tickets and early bird tickets visit Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/2476317355977758

Flavorwire » The 10 Best Books of the Year (So Far) : #1 The Orphan Master’s Son , Adam Johnson (January 10) Johnson’s epic adventure takes us on a lush, terrifying journey through North Korea, the characters perfectly balanced between looming danger, sometimes of their own creation, and a deep humanity infused with hope. We follow Jun Do — a tunnel expert trained by the regime — as he transforms from childish pawn of the system to professional kidnapper to rival of Kim Jong Il, whom he opposes in order to save the love of his life. #2 Half-Blood Blues , Esi Edugyan (February 28) A 2011 Man Booker Prize finalist, those of us in the states finally got our paws on a copy of Edugyan’s brilliant second novel this year. The fiery novel chronicles the trials of the Hot-Time Swingers, a legendary multi-racial jazz ensemble caught in the mania on the eve of WWII. The story is as fascinating as they come, and Edugyan’s prose sizzles and pops like the best jazz track you’ve...
